Can't create vault - "invalid address"

After specifying all settings for vault creation and checking the "Terms & Conditions" box at the end of the process, the vault cannot be created. That is due to "Error submitting the transaction: Invalid address", which is not further specified. Also, after trying different addresses, the vault cannot be created.
